- 150g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 50ml olive oil
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in mascarpone cheese and mix until well combined.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top.
