- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 bunch celery, cut into sticks
- 1 lb nacho cheese, melted
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
- Toss baked wings in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- For nachos, arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Layer with black beans, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Bake nachos for 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until cheese is bubbly.
- Top nachos with avocado and cilantro before serving.
- Serve wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
Notes
- For crispy wings, broil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
