- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup refried beans
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add taco seasoning and water as instructed on the packet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
- Layer seasoned beef, onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese on top of the beans.
- Drizzle sour cream over the filling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Toast the burrito in a skillet until golden brown on all sides.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
