Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Cook until beef is fully browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Warm taco shells in the oven for 5 minutes at 350°F.
- Assemble tacos by adding beef to the shells and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
- For spicier tacos, add diced jalapeños.
- Try using ground turkey or chicken as a substitute for beef.
- Consider serving with homemade salsa for added flavor.
