  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs and green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
