Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, remove from oven, and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
