  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (32 oz) tater tots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  4. Mix in the frozen mixed vegetables and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Layer the tater tots evenly over the beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
