Instructions
- Combine coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the coffee mixture briefly, ensuring they absorb some liquid but do not become soggy.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- In serving glasses, layer the dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone cream alternately.
- Repeat layers until glasses are filled, finishing with mascarpone cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings.
