- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots over the cheese layer in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
