Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, and white wine vinegar.
  3. Add the chopped dill and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes
