Description
Tzatziki Dip is a refreshing Greek yogurt-based sauce, often served with grilled meats, pita bread, or as a dip for vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, and white wine vinegar.
- Add the chopped dill and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top for presentation.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
