Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Meanwhile, toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  6. Remove steaks and vegetables from grill and let steaks rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the vegetables before serving.
