A rich and creamy vegan chocolate mousse made with silken tofu and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 package silken tofu (12 oz)
- 8 oz dark chocolate (vegan)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Drain the silken tofu and place it in a blender.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- Add melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mousse into serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality dark chocolate for the best flavor.
- For a variation, add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
- Garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves for presentation.
