- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp ginger, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast; cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
- You can use any seasonal vegetables you prefer.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for added flavor.
