  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mix.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Arrange broccoli and cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
