- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop dough and form into small balls.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Immediately insert pretzel sticks into the center of each cookie to create the broom handle.
- If desired, roll the edges in shredded coconut for a spiderweb effect.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
