  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet, scraping the bottom to deglaze.
  7. Stir in spinach and parmesan cheese, cooking until spinach wilts.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
