- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet, scraping the bottom to deglaze.
- Stir in spinach and parmesan cheese, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
