Ingredients

- 1 cup dried black eyed peas
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the black eyed peas in water overnight.
- Drain and rinse the peas.
- In a bowl, mix the peas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the peas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness, and adjust cooking time if necessary.
