- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fruit jam of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with jam.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- These cookies can be made vegan by using maple syrup.
