Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fruit jam of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  3. Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  5. Fill each indentation with jam.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
