These almond flour peanut butter cookies are simple and tasty.

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until well combined.
- Form dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond flour with coconut flour.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
