Ingredients

- 2 pounds snow crab legs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the snow crab legs to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and salt, then remove from heat.
- Drain the crab legs and serve with the garlic butter sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the butter sauce.
- Serve with lemon wedges for garnish.
