- 2 lobsters, cooked and cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoons ginger, sliced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Add scallions and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add lobster pieces to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Stir well to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot.
