- 2 pounds frozen snow crab legs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the frozen crab legs in a baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and stir.
- Pour the garlic butter over the crab legs.
- Sprinkle salt over the crab legs.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an extra 5-10 minutes for a slight crisp.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
