Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and softened butter in a bowl.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Shape mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Return to baking sheet and allow to cool until chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use a fork to dip for easier handling.
