Description

Delicious biscoff thumbprint cookies with a caramel center.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add flour, Biscoff spread, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Use your thumb to create an indentation in each ball.
  6. Fill each indentation with caramel sauce.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool before serving.
