Description
Delicious biscoff thumbprint cookies with a caramel center.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add flour, Biscoff spread, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
- Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Use your thumb to create an indentation in each ball.
- Fill each indentation with caramel sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute caramel with chocolate if desired.
