Ingredients

- 2 cups black eyed peas, cooked
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine black eyed peas and Italian dressing.
- Add diced red onion, bell pepper, parsley, and garlic.
- Mix well until combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chips or vegetables.
