Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked black-eyed peas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Combine black-eyed peas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding water to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
