Instructions
- Combine black eyed peas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Spoon the hummus into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
