- 1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed for consistency
Instructions
- Combine black eyed peas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add water gradually to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
