Instructions
- Rinse the black-eyed peas under cold water.
- In the slow cooker, combine black-eyed peas, vegetable broth, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until peas are tender.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
