- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups seafood broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Add rice and paprika, stirring to coat.
- Pour in seafood broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add lobster tails, cover, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork and serve warm.
