Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
