- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- In another bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and flour.
- Spread brownie batter in a greased baking dish.
- Place peanut butter balls on top of the brownie batter.
- Pour remaining brownie batter over the balls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
