Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a bowl over simmering water.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, leaving a small circle of peanut butter exposed on top.
  6. Place the dipped balls back on the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate sets.
