Instructions

  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Insert toothpicks into each ball and freeze for 1 hour.
  5. In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into melted chocolate, leaving a small circle of peanut butter exposed.
  7. Place dipped buckeyes back on the baking sheet and chill until set.
