- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well combined.
- Shape mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, covering completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
