Delicious buckeyes made with graham crackers and peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate, covering it completely.
- Return the dipped balls to the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate sets.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
