Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crunchy peanut butter and softened butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable shortening together until smooth.
  6. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate mixture, coating completely.
  7. Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet.
