Delicious chocolate-covered peanut butter treats made with crunchy peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crunchy peanut butter and softened butter. Mix until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable shortening together until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate mixture, coating completely.
- Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
