Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place back on the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate sets.
