- 2 cups cavatelli pasta
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook cavatelli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Pour in white wine and let it reduce for a few minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the lobster meat and cooked cavatelli to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

- Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or asparagus.
