Easy and delicious snickerdoodle cookies made with cake mix.
Ingredients

- 1 box of cake mix (any brand)
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into balls and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
