Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the black-eyed peas.
  2. In a pot, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Add black-eyed peas, rice, cumin, paprika, and vegetable broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  5. Simmer for 30-40 minutes or until rice and peas are tender.
