Ingredients

- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small buttered toast rounds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add celery and red bell pepper. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the lobster mixture onto buttered toast rounds.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
