- 2 cups of cool whip
- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cherry pie filling with sugar and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, fold the cool whip into the cherry mixture until well combined.
- In a serving dish, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cherry cool whip mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers and then the remaining cherry cool whip mixture.
- Top with additional cherry pie filling if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
