Instructions

  4. Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Make an indentation in each ball with your thumb.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. While cookies cool, heat heavy cream until just boiling.
  8. Pour cream over chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  9. Fill each cookie indentation with chocolate ganache.
