Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add melted chocolate and peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
