Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache or jam for filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Shape the dough into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and make an indent in the center of each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and fill each indent with chocolate ganache or jam.
