- 2 pounds snow crab legs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add salt and Old Bay seasoning to the boiling water.
- Add the snow crab legs and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the butter and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Drain the crab legs and serve with garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
