Ingredients

- 320g spaghetti
- 200g lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 egg yolks
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
- In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- In a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lobster meat to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with lobster.
- Remove the pan from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture.
- Adjust seasoning and serve immediately, garnished with parsley.

- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Be quick when mixing in the egg to avoid scrambling.
- Pair with a light white wine.
