- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
