- 1 cup cookie butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cookie butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Add sea salt on top for extra taste.
