Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cookie butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  6. Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Notes
